1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of picatdrill.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable.
3. What you are buying
A free tier and two one-time purchases are offered: Starter and Full Access, at the prices shown on the pricing page. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is taken by Stripe. A purchase grants a single person lifetime access to the tier bought, including future updates to that tier, for as long as the Service operates.
4. Refunds
A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to every purchase: request a refund within 7 days of purchase and no reason or proof is required. Full Access additionally carries a didn't-pass refund. The full mechanics of both — windows, conditions, what to send, who decides, and how long payment takes — are printed on the pricing page and form part of these terms. EU and UK consumers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right where it applies.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, or publish your account or the paid content.
- Do not scrape, bulk-copy, or redistribute our items, solutions, or guides.
- Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or to help anyone breach exam-day rules.

8. No guarantee of outcome
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using it will result in passing the PiCAT or in any particular score. Our practice results report a raw percentage and per-subtest counts; the real PiCAT reports a scaled score and your real score will differ.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
